Ep. 17: Talking Self-Love and Empowerment with Alicia Jay, 6’6” Activist and Reality TV personality

We’re in for a good dose of Truth. This natural connector is on a mission to change the world for her thousands of followers.

Alicia is an open-book of authenticity and care. Her story will inspire you and encourage you to love yourself even more, with your shortcomings and all. What a treat to have her on the T-Factor Podcast. This unapologetic beauty shares how she’s come to terms with her body, and then some. She’s been on loud-speaker ever since she’s found her voice and started sharing her journey of self-love.

During confinement, her Virtual Tall Girls Nights sold out super fast. It is no surprise that Alicia has become a powerful activist for Black Lives Matter, educating us all on how to show up efficiently. This is a generous super-star going places because she always makes sure she has her ‘sisters’ along for the ride. I am proud to have recently participated in Bree Wijnaar’s The Tall Society Virtual Town Hall where Alicia was a speaker, reminding us all that together, we can indeed change the world.
